Deleting a custom map from Google Maps
1- You clicked on a custom map to view the planned route, and now you want to remove the route from your Google Maps app.
2 - A custom map will look like this in your Google Maps app. Click on any point on the map to access the Layers button.
3 - Click on the Layers button.
4 - Click on the Custom map layer.
5 - You have just permanently removed the custom map from your Google Maps app.
